Private Jet Cost Calculator
Enter your route, date and passengers. You get an instant price range for a light, midsize and heavy jet, based on current market pricing.
How the estimate is worked out
The calculator prices your exact trip, not an average. It looks at the distance between the two airports, the flight time for each jet size, the number of passengers and the date, then checks current charter market prices for that trip.
You see a range rather than one number because the same trip can be priced quite differently by different operators. Where the aircraft is based, how busy the day is and whether the jet needs to fly empty to reach you all move the price. The range shows where most real quotes for your trip land.
When you send the request, we check live availability with operators and come back with firm prices for specific aircraft, usually within the hour.
Private jet hourly rates in 2026
As a rule of thumb, this is what one flight hour costs by jet size:
-
Light jet (Phenom 300, Citation CJ3+, PC-24): €3,000 to €5,000 per hour
-
Midsize jet (Citation XLS+, Hawker 900XP, Praetor 500): €5,500 to €8,500 per hour
-
Super midsize jet (Challenger 350, Citation Longitude, Praetor 600): €7,500 to €11,000 per hour
-
Heavy jet (Falcon 2000LXS, Challenger 650, Gulfstream G450): €10,000 to €15,000 per hour
-
Ultra long range jet (Gulfstream G650, Global 7500, Falcon 8X): €14,000 to €22,000 per hour
Most operators charge a daily minimum of about two flight hours, so a 50 minute hop is rarely billed as one hour. Hourly rates are only half the story on longer trips: that is why the calculator prices the full route instead.
What is included, and what can be extra
A charter quote normally includes the aircraft, the crew, fuel, landing and handling fees and standard catering. Depending on the trip, these can come on top:
-
An empty positioning flight, if no suitable jet is based near your departure airport
-
Crew overnight costs on a return trip with nights away, typically €1,500 to €3,500 per night
-
De-icing in winter, from about €500 up to €4,000 on a large jet
-
Peak day surcharges around holidays and big events, often 10 to 30%
-
Special catering and ground transport
Your firm quote from us lists these line by line, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Want it for less? Look at empty legs
An empty leg is a jet that has to fly without passengers, for example to get home after dropping someone off. Operators sell those flights well under the normal charter price. The catch is flexibility: the date and time are set by the operator's schedule.
If your plans can move a day or two, see our current empty leg flights or ask us to watch your route.
