These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Jetvice services. By requesting a flight or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Role of Jetvice
Jetvice acts solely as a charter broker. We do not operate aircraft and are not a direct air carrier. All flights are performed by independent third-party operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
Bookings & Payments

All quotations are subject to aircraft availability at the time of booking.

Payments are collected either by the operator directly or by Jetvice on behalf of the operator.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and the operator’s terms have been accepted.
Operator Terms
Each flight is governed by the Terms & Conditions of the operating carrier. These may include policies on cancellations, delays, luggage limits, and passenger conduct. Jetvice will provide these operator terms upon confirmation.
Liability
Jetvice accepts no liability for the performance, safety, or operational control of any flight. All responsibility remains with the licensed operator. Jetvice is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, technical issues, or regulatory actions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, valid travel documents, and compliance with customs, immigration, and aviation regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.
Additional Services
Where Jetvice arranges concierge services (e.g., ground transport, villas, yachts, or event tickets), these are subject to the terms of the third-party provider. Jetvice is not liable for their performance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
